Where do you find your Saltillo blankets?
- We spend a great deal of time searching for the perfect Saltillo blankets that are in great condition, well made, and great color. Often we find them at yard sales, vintage stores, and flea markets, and even the occasional estate sale.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get you a shipping quote based on your order and location.
The pillow I want is sold out! What can I do?
- Because each pillow is one of a kind, we can't replicate items that have been sold. But never fear! Send us an email at email@example.com with the information on the item you are interested in, and we will do our best to find another textile that is similar.
Do you offer wholesale purchases?
- Absolutely! If you are a designer or retailer, Meadow at Dusk offers wholesale purchases. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
How should I care for my pillow?
- The fabrics used on our pillows are all vintage and can be delicate if not cared for properly. We recommend dry cleaning only. Repeated washing or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause colors to fade.
What type of insert comes with my pillow?
- All of our pillows have a down feather insert inside.
What is your return policy?
- We believe in creating beautiful products for your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can find a solution. Our customers are important to us, and we want you to fully enjoy your purchase. Return any item within 14 days of receipt and it can be repaired, replaced, or exchanged for store credit. Shipping and handling fees are unfortunately not refundable.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
- We ship via Fedex. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmation will be sent shortly after shipping. Packages to the West coast are usually delivered within 1-3 business days of shipment, and within 5-6 for the east coast. If you need your item in a rush, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
